About our products
PrintAvera sells digital downloads — printable planners, trackers, templates, journals, and wall art. All products are delivered electronically as files (typically PDF). Nothing physical is shipped to you. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and printer.
License and permitted use
When you purchase or download a PrintAvera product, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use it. You may:
- Download the files for your own personal use.
- Print the designs as many times as you like for yourself or your household.
You may not:
- Resell, share, forward, or redistribute the files in any form.
- Claim the designs as your own or use them to create competing products.
- Use the designs commercially without our written permission.
All designs, text, and graphics remain the intellectual property of PrintAvera and are protected by copyright.
Payments and delivery
Purchases are processed through our store host (such as Etsy), subject to their checkout and payment terms. Your download link is provided instantly upon successful payment and is also typically emailed to you. If you ever have trouble accessing your files, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Because our products are instant digital downloads that cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. That said, your satisfaction matters to us — if a file is damaged, incomplete, or not as described, email [email protected] and we’ll happily resolve it.
Free downloads
Free resources are offered for personal use under the same license terms as paid products. Signing up for a free download may add you to our email list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time.
Acceptable use of the Site
